What is your standard Shipping times?

STANDARD DELIVERY is 2-3 WORKING DAYS

UK Local Mainland Delivery - 2-3 Working Days via Royal Mail

FREE Standard Delivery on all order for local UK Mainland Only

The estimated delivery time is between 2-3 working days. We highly recommend that a contact number is provided to ensure that your delivery has the best chance to be delivered to you safely & correctly. If you are out when delivery is attempted, your parcel may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. Alternatively, the driver may try again on the following working day if they feel there is no suitable safe place to leave your parcel. You can follow all of this information on parcels journey through the tracking information provided.

Please Note: Due to busy periods i.e Mothers Day, Black Friday Sales, Christmas etc, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. We cannot be held responsible for postal delays. Ivy and Sol are not liable for any consequential loss due to late or failed delivery.

Sorry but we cannot offer international deliveries at present.

Returns and Exchange policy

Please note we can not do returns on earring purchases.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please return your order back to us in the original packaging it came in (or smaller), no oversized or large boxes will be accepted as this increases shipping rates. Ivy and Sol will not be responsible for increased fees due to large packaging and reserves the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount when applicable. Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Ivy and Sol has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to the customer.

As soon as we are notified of your return we will create a new label that will be sent to you by email and you can use it on your return.

When will I receive a refund?

Please note your return will be processed within 5-10 working days from the time we receive it in our warehouse. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation via email to confirm the refund. Thank you.

Our Refund Policy

We are pleased to offer a full refund for Ivy and Sol purchases made and returned within 14 days of the purchase date.

All refunds will be made to the purchaser and issued to the original form of payment except cash purchases, which will be refunded by company check. Gift recipients may receive a merchandise credit.

Please note: Returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt and received unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition. Some exclusions may apply. Used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
