How to use

Place the whole wrap in a clean microwave with a rotating turntable. Follow the instructions supplied with your wrap for the correct heating time for your microwave’s wattage; the supplier specifies 2½–3 minutes for 500–1000W microwaves. Check the temperature before use.

To use as a cool pack, place in the freezer for up to one hour.
